Your total Body Transformation will consist of 16 weeks of 4 phases of Integrated Training fundamental exercises. Phase 1 - Flexibility, Balance, and Coordination - In this phase, we will dive into dynamic stretches and engage in a full range of motion along with Body Weight Circuits. Phase 2- Build Endurance, Body Weight Strength Training - Hit and Circuit Training Part 2 Phase 3 - Build Intensity Integrated Training ( Resistance, Weights, Machines, and or Bodyweight) In this phase you will be leaner, stronger, more coordinated, and have more endurance than you were when you first started. Phase 4 - Skilled Strength Training - In this phase, you have become more disciplined and are ready to master a set of exercises and enhance through progressive overload.
