Total Body Transformation This monthly online coaching plan is 1 out of 2 of the inclusive packages that I offer. This monthly membership is exclusive to a limited number of clients and includes 2 One hour sessions per week via the app or zoom. 1 weekly check-in video call, adjustable food, and training plans, and 24/7 online chat support. Each plan is fully customized to your lifestyle, resources, and preferences! This is a great comprehensive plan available to ensure you reach your physique goals in the shortest possible time frame! This Total Body Transformation - will consist of 16 weeks of 4 phases of Integrated Training fundamental exercises. Phase 1 - Flexibility, Balance, and Coordination - In this phase, we will dive into dynamic stretches and engage in a full range of motion along with Body Weight Circuits. Phase 2- Build Endurance, Body Weight Strength Training - Hit and Circuit Training Part 2 Phase 3 - Build Intensity Integrated Training ( Resistance, Weights, Machines, and or Bodyweight) In this phase you will be leaner, stronger, more coordinated, and have more endurance than you were when you first started. Phase 4 - Skilled Strength Training - In this phase, you have become more disciplined and are ready to master a set of exercises and enhance through progressive overload.

How it works

  • Standard- $250 4-month commitment STRUCTURE: Workout Plan (tailored to you), Demonstration Videos, Meal Plan, Nutrition Guidance, Supplement Suggestions, ACCOUNTABILITY: Messaging through App and 1 Weekly Checkin from Trainer, Workout Completion Check-off; Progress Checks. INTENSITY Workouts are designed to challenge you no matter your fitness level!
  • Vontrice Victory requires you to purchase a plan to access the app.
  • 4 Month Commitment is preferred for a total body and mindset change. Reach optimal levels of greatness by staying disciplined and don't give up. However a one month subscription is required.
  • Monthly Subscription users are billed once a month.
  • All payments will be made through stripe for secured payment.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled 24 hours prior to the end of your subscription period.
